Hi Folks-In ignorance, I moved my User Data Folder, and, like others
seeking help, have seemingly lost all of my emails and contacts. I
have tried (1) moving the User Data Folder back from an earlier
backup; (2) disabling Norton AntiVirus; (3) making sure Unread Only

I can't see all of my categories in my Address Book Views column.
When I go into Edit categories, I can see all of my categories, why
don't they all show up in the view column?

I got a problem on receiving excel file as attachment.  My friend send me a
Excel file with Traditional Chinese file name.  But my entourage got it as
winmail.dat file.  I used original Outlook to receive the email with Excel

I can't print to any printer anywhere, everytime I try I get an error

I am having a hard time getting an account setup applescript to work. The
issue does not seem to be with the script itself.

Hi folks-  I'm a reluctant new user of Entourage (formerly used iCal) due to
company switching to an Exchange Server.
I am working with sharing calendars among my group at work but I am not sure
I'm doing it right.  Please help me spot any flaws in my thinking/workflow

I am getting duplicate events when I sync Entourage on my two computers
using .Mac.  Every time I sync I get more duplicates.

The date display in my entourage calendar is totally messed up /
doubled up - any suggestions how to correct this?
For example today (Tuesday 2 July 2007) it reads exactly as follows:
"SundayFri1 4July Apr - SaturdayFri7 4July Apr20072003 (Week 27)"

I currently have Office 2004 for Mac installed. My main machine is an iMac
G5, 2.1 GHz, 2.5 GB RAM installed, OS X 10.4.10. I have at least two problems
with Entourage, and have been told elsewhere that perhaps I might want to
post here for solutions.

I seem to unable to see all my messages in Entourage. What has happened.
There were messages till recently.

On my portable I do not receive the e-mails with their sent date and
time, but they all get the date of reception instead.
Whenever I receive a bunch of mails, they all have the same date/time
on them.

We are an east coast company, and oue Exchange server is hosted by a
west coast company.  Whenever I receive a meeeting invite from someone
in my company, it shows as having been scheduled in PST, but adjusted
to my local time zone EST.  Everyone in my company is running Outlook
