I have been experiencing an annoying problem and I was not sure if the
problem was with Entourage 11.3.6, Mac OSX 10.4.10 or me.  I do a lot of
copy and pasting from web pages etc to email.  My preferred technique is
the old Mac OSX keystroke technique to hold down (Cmd-Shift-4), ...

We have several Mac users and PC users.
Mac users have Entourage as a mail client.
PC users have a Outlook 2003 as a mail client.
One of PC users has a Windows Vista. The rest of PC users have Windows XP.

We have an individual that her email goes missing after a few days.
They're not being hidden via a view menu. They're just gone. The
messages disappear after a few days, they don't end up in a bulk
folder or deleted items folder either. I've already run the database

Randomly, my IMAP account in Entourage stopped working.  I click "receive
all" and the inbox shows the amount of new emails waiting for me.  So
obviously the account is connecting to the server.  However, when it goes to

Where do I change the preferences for this operation? When I read a message
and hit delete, it ends up in the deleted items folder. When I read a
message and then open another message, the first completely disappears. It
is possible to reclaim such a message?

I would like to change my preferences. Everytime I try to open
Preferences, Entourage crashes. I don't remember the  last time I
tried to access Preferences but this is the first time that it quits.
I have MAC OS X - 10.4.8 and have Office 2004.

I'm using the latest version of Entourage on a PowerBook G4. This
morning two issues came up with regard to character spacing.
Firstly, in the bottom frame of the Entourage window I get something

I have followed the directions for installing a root certificate using
the Keychain Access application as per entourage's instructions.
The instructions also say that if using a self signed certificate (as
we are) we may need to install other root certificates to verify

There are two address book(address book & contacts) & calendar when I
connect to Exchange Server, Could I combine it in one address book & one
calendar?

I'm having a problem with someone's Entourage address book. He had
exported his Outlook Contacts as a .csv text file and when he first
tried to import it into Entourage there appeared a lot of blank
contacts as well as contacts with a lot of missing or incorrect

Microsoft Office just autoupdated, and now I can't open any Microsoft
Office Programs (use Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
Tried deleting Microsoft preferences
Also tried repairing disk permissions

Any entourage specialists out there? I have a client who waited too
long to upgrade from Entourage x to 2004. Now their e-mail database is
corrupted. Repairs quit about 90% of the way through with a message
