Is there a way to remove an address that is not in any address book or
Contact list?
It seems to be cached on my computer.

Hi Friends,
I am a new convert from PC to Mac.
After a long option of exporting my email to entourage I was able to do it
by using Outlook2mac, great, but then is when the problem started.

Suddenly, the next time I started up Entourage, everything was lost--
it had me as a first-time user.  Saved messages, address book, even my
own identity is GONE.  Entourage wants me to start over, by teaching
it my email address, etc.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Have I

How do you set entourage to be the default e-mail program?

The client is Entourage 2004 and server is ex2k3. After adding the /
public to the public folder server option I am able to view my free/
busy information, but when I try to view others availablity it
displayed grey "no information". Is that by default, do I have change

Is there a way to type onto the calendar without having to double
click and bring up the 'subject' dialog box?  Is there a plug-in for

I have OSX 10.4.10, and Entourage  11.3.6.  Spotlight worked fine, but
I had to rebuild my OS.  Now spotlight doesn't show up in preferences-
general and even rebuilding the Spotlight DB doesn't help.  Ideas?

Suddenly my messages lists (in the Inbox particularly) are
disappearing from view even though they seem to be there -- they
reappear when I click on the blank space . There is one that does not,

My windows friend (who is less tech savyvy than I) is always sending
me emails with web pages embedded.  She just copies the webpage,
pastes into her email program (outlook?  something standard) and then
I get the email as a webpage, with colours and graphics.

It used to sync...Then one day...Poof!  When I go to hot sync my Treo
and Entourage I get the following message in the hot sync log:
Before you can synchronize with the applications on this handheld
device, you must enable synchronization in the Entourage Conduit

I'm a big fan of Categories, and all 4600 contacts in my Address Book
have a Category. None of them are left to the default "None."
However, when I send emails to anyone in my Address  Book, about 40%
of the time, the Category (in the Sent folder) gets set to None.

I know very little about Entourage. Is it similar to Outlook, but Mac
compatible? If someone with Outlook wanted to email me a calendar,
could I read it using Entourage?
