My emails are automatically deleting after closing them once I read them.
They are not going to the trash. They are disappearing. Using Mac and
Entourage. Any advice?

I don't see a Preference icon on the Entourage toolbar, yet all the
instructions I can find about changing my e-mails from plain text to
HTML start with that.  I have Entourage 2004 installed on a MacBook I
bought at the Apple store in October 2006 (they installed Entourage).

I am having problems with using entourage v.x. when I open it it opens
in the sent messages folder view, when I change to inbox it
'unexpectedly quits'.

It appears that the drop-down list of Move To folders changes dynamically
depending on usage. That means I must search the ever-changing list to find
the Move To folder I need. Isn't there some way to make the list fixed? I
regularly access about 15-20 folders, so I'd like for them ...

Is there a way to separate the Mail and Calendar components so they
can be viewed simultaneously on different monitors?

i'd like to transfer all of my entourage files from 2004 to x but it only
seems to accept entourage 2001. is there any way i can do this?
this is for mail, contacts, projects, and calendar.

In Outlook for windows, there's an option called "Mark my comments".
This will basically auto-insert your name or whatever text you like
when replying and making comments to an email.
Is there any way to do this in Entourage? I've been searching and

I am using MAC OSX and I own microsoft entourage 2004 and I am looking
to export my files from my mac's Mail application to Entourage 2004.
I saw from previous posts that this can be done with a download from a
Value Pack or another Source.  The Office 2004 CD I have does not have

Does anyone know of a function or a script that I could apply to a mail
folder in order to extract the email addresses contained within the messages
in the folder?

I'm running the latest version of Entourage with all applicable
updates. I use Notes extensively in Outlook, but when I fire up
Entourage on my Macbook, none show up. Is this by design? If not, how
do I make them show up in Entourage.

Hi I  have opened and message in my Inbox and when I choose Edit
Message or click the icon - both are greyed out. I'm using Entourage

We support an office of about 15 mail users running Kerio for the
backend and Entourage 2004 for an email client. Kerio was recently
updated to version 6.4.0 and all Entourage users are on version 11.3.3

Help!! I reinstalled my program because my email was going directly
into the deleted items folder. When I launched Entourage, it asked me
to select an Identity. I selected an identity and entered my Product
Key code and then I got a message: "This identity cannnot be opened

I want to set up another account in entourage.. i am on a couple of boards
and i have email address with them...
boardmember@unknownboard.org  might be my address.. how can i set up an
account in entourage so i can send and receive the email...
