I have a question regarding auto bcc feature.  Mac mail program has this
available where every e-mail you send out can be automatically bbc'd to an
e-mail account of your choice.  Is there a way to set the Entourage to do
the same or do you have to enter the e-mail address to the ...

I was wondering if there is any way to make the 7-day weekly calendar view
in Entourage look like the 7-day weekly view of Outlook.
In other words, I want the rectangular blocks as opposed to the columns.

I'm having some issues with Japanese fonts. I've got the latest
versions of Mac OS Tiger and MS Office for Mac Entourage. Here's the
issue: Often times when sending or (most frequently) when receiving
emails, the Japanese fonts are totally garbled. It shows up as diamond

One of our clients has moved to new headquarters. Does anyone know  if
there is a script that can change the postal address of many contacts
working at the same company in Entourage 2004? We don't want to change
their phone numbers and email addreses though...

I have been using Mozilla Thunderbird email client and created
numerous folders to keep messages in from clients of mine. I don't
want to use T-Bird anymore so I want to get these folders I created
into MS Ent and have no idea how to do it.

When I send an e-mail the receiver see on the from: not my name but
office 2004 test driver user.
How can I change that? Some of my customer can't see my address and
send it to Junkmail!

I am not receiving delivery failure notifications when emails do not
arrive at their destination. Is there a setting for this that I
haven't enabled? I sent an email to a nonsense address the other day
just to see if I'd receive delivery failure notification, and nothing.

Hello, one of our users gets the above error every time the server
syncs, but is able to send and receive email without problems. Could
it mean that the error is an email addressed incorrectly? If so, how
can we delete it? Thankyou.

I just switched some users over to IMAP from POP and there getting an
error when hitting send and recieve.  No issues when Entourage just
checks ever 5-10min.  It comes up saying something to the effect, you
can not send email with an email address that is on the email server

Entourage 11.2.5 and a Windows Mobile 5 device both connect to our
corporate Exchange server to pull down mail.
