I have an email which I use as a template for many of the business emails I
send.
However today I go to the last one I sent, forward it then take out all the
forwarding stuff then amend it then send.

I'v eventually made the move from PC to Mac and currently not looking
back!
Very impressed with  everything MAC related so far.
I need to know how to retrieve my contacts from Outlook on my PC and

For some time now, I have been experiencing Entourage locking up with
the little colored pinwheel, spinning and spinning for several
minutes.  Before joining this group, I read several others who have
experienced the same thing and followed the instructions for fixing

In Entourage 2004, I see a script for making a message into a calendar
event, but I cannot find a script to send a message to all invitees from a
calendar event or forward a calendar event as a message.
What am I missing?

When I create a new email there does not appear to be any way to change the
formatting.
Bold, Italic etc are all 'greyed out' and Font just says font and cannot be
changed either NOTHING.

Can anyone tell me how to take info from ical and import it into
entourage?

After a reinstall of my OS (10.4.10) MS Entourage suddenly uses the am/pm
time format despite the fact I'm using the 24-hour format as the default in

For the life of me, I cannot seem to learn the meaning of the various icons
appearing in the "Message Status" column when examining a folder of e-mail
messages. The online help gives nothing useful when I search for "message
status" or "icons". Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Can anyone tell me what my next course of action should be?  I tried to
repair my Entourage database and in step 2 of 3 it stopped and told me that
it "encountered an unknown error (-5000) and could not continue."
Thoughts?  I really cannot lose years of email but have no idea what ...

My wife's Macmini is running Mac OS X v10.4.10 with Entourage 2004 v11.3.3.
She is having a problem opening the "Deleted Items" folder, everything she
highlights the folder "An unknown error  (4363) occured." dialog opens up.  
We want to open the "Deleted Items" folder to retrieve ...

Recently, my entourage has taken it upon itself to direct emails
coming from addresses that are in my address book and sending them
directly into the trash.  I cannot seem to fix this problem.  Does
anyone have any suggestions as to how to repair this issue.
