I have administrative privileges on an Exchange 2003 server to approve
calendar requests submitted through a public folder. Unfortunately,
those requests are not appearing in Entourage. I can see them if I use
web access to my exchange account, and the previous administrator

With Entourage 2004 Mac Ver 11.3.3 (061214) and Mac OS X Ver 10.4.10
with the Preferences set to delete non-recurring events after 1 week,
the events are not deleting. I do sync to my Palm using Missing Sync
5.1.2.

I save some of my Entourage 2004 v11.3.11 email messages to a folder on
my hard drive they are saved as text files owned by the Apple OSX
TextEdit.app.  Everything works great until I try to edit one of the
saved messages to add a note or reminder.  The Apple TextEdit.app then

I can't figure out how to sort mt Entourage address book by last
name.  It's driving me crazy!!!
Any help, it has got to be something simple!

I am wondering what options are open to me for managing my email?
When using MS Outlook on Windows I can create data files to organise my
emails and then open or close these data files as I need them.
When using Entourage on a Mac, I don't seem to have any similar option?

I've seen the many posts but I cant seem to shake this issue.
Using Entourage:mac Version 11.3.3 on an iMac v 10.4.10.  I have been
using Entourage fine for several weeks.  Today, when trying to receive
Emails I can see there are 9 messages waiting except I get an error

I have a new email address. I have all the settings in, but the password
doesn't work. I can get mail if I use the universal password, but not when I
change the password. What am I doing wrong? Thank you very much.

Major panic...
Entourage is opening as if it's the first time I've used it - without
my contacts & emails.
The data-file is in the office X indentities, which is in Microsoft

I have my junk mail filter set at the highest leve.  When junk mail
comes in I click it and send it to junk mail.  They keep coming in.
How can I get rid of them once and for all?

I have used cd's in the past to b/u the main identity folder in the
Microsoft User Data folder but it now exceeds a cd capacity!  I tried
archiving about 350MB of older emails by creating separate folders,
burning them, and then deleted the 350MB's of email from entourage.

Listers,
Both my Cox POP account and my .mac IMAP account send out on the same SMTP
port #25.  Cox overrides (?) .mac, and I cannot send from the latter.  How
do I fix this?  Is there another port besides #25 that I can use to send

Hi, have multiple email accounts on my mac, but can only access one of them.
My other email account on entourage states that I may not be connected to
the server. Which I am!  Suggestions? I am with Telus

Is there a way to have a message bounce back to sender indicating I am not
home or away from the office, etc. in entourage?

I am in the process of moving from Windows to Mac and would like to import my
Outlook autofill file to Entourage.  A lot of my email addresses are stored
there and have never been entered in my contact list.  I have identified the
