If I send email from the Outlook web client, it synchs in my Entourage
Sent folder.  However, if I send from Entourage, I have to empty my
cache to get the Sent folder to Sync. It's a real problem, as I have
constant need for Sent folder access.

Is it possible to import ThunderBird 2 e-mail messages into Entourage?  If
so, how is this best accomplished?

Is there any way to create stationery in Entourage, as I can in Outlook?

Ok, I admit that this is a very low priority question -- almost silly.
Starting just a few weeks ago, emails sent to me from Outlook PC's that
contain a smiley face show up as a "j" instead of the smiley face symbol.
Just curious what would have caused this to start happening.  :)

I'm using Entourage 2004 as a http client to my Hotmail account.
Needed to do some clean-up and "Emptied Cache".  All good then
resynched with Hotmail.

I'm just exploring Entourage at present and I see that there is much about
it I like as an email client however there is one thing about Apple's Mail
client that I would love in Entourage and that is the display of email
accounts as separate mailboxes.

I'm syncing my Entourage calendar with iCal (using Sync Services in
the Prefs) so that I can publish it for colleagues. Trouble is, it
seems to duplicating certain items each time it syncs. I haven't been
able to work out why some entries are duplicated and others not.

Does anyone know when and if MS will release a new Version of
Entourage and/or Office Mac?  It is a little outdated compared to
Office 2003, but with the new version of MS Office 2007, it looks like
crap.

For some reason, when I am compiling a new appointment the time that shows
up on the calender is 2 hours ahead of the time I actually entered..
So my 3pm appointment shows up as a 5pm appointment..
What settings are doing this?

when i open up ms entourage, it just say that entourage has quit
unexpectedly.  i tried to reopen it and it does the same thing.  it
wouldn't even open up all the way.  as soon as the window opens up, it
crashes right away.  word, excel, powerpoint, etc. are working fine.

How do you import messages and addresses from an Outlook.pst file into
Entourage.  Entourage appears to account for Outlook Express but not
Outlook.
