My apologies if this question has been asked before.  I¹m new to the group
and have found it very useful so far.
We have some users who use Entourage at work, but use the Apple Mail client
at home.  When they delete messages using the Apple Mail client at home,

I think I have worked out why, but not what to do...
On my system Spotlight works fine with Entourage, however with most of
the other users in my organisation the 'Spotlight' item is not visible
in the Entourage Preferences menu.

Entourage just stopped allowing me to access my preferences.
Everything else works, but when I press command-comma the pref window
opens for a second and the Entourage quits with no error message, just
asks if I want to reopen or send a report to Apple. I have tried

I notice elsewhere that someone commented that they lost the Spotlight
option from Preferences>General on a reinstall.
My problem is similar in that I have never been able to access [see] this
option, but I have not done a reinstall and I am up-to-date with both OS X

I just noticed that messages I reply to have an indicator that points
backward to indicate that it is a reply. However, clicking it doesn't
take you to the original message. Is there a way for this indicator to
take you to the original message that you either replied from or

When looking at my Calendar in Entourage, the start time that shows
for the meeting under the Day, Month, Week, or Work Week view is the
End Time.  When I bring up the event the times are correct.  Is this a
known issue?

I had to do a limited reinstall of MAC os on my IMAX after HP driver
became corrupted.  I can't synch now with a Palm TX and receive the
following messsage.  What do I do?

I receive an invitation. I accept it. Later I realize I cannot attend.
Is there no way to change my reply? Deleting the item does not notify
the sender. In fact, if I delete the item and then go back to the
original invite in my email, I can no longer respond to it there

I have a minor yet nagging problem I¹d love help with. I have a 23² screen,
and because it¹s big tend to increase the font size for viewing email in
Entourage to 18. Problem is that when I send mail to people it shows up

I have been able to sync Entourage to Address book but cannot get the iCal
sync to work. I have tried all the resets, etc but still get the same error.

Hello;
Can I change the sender name or email address when I send out mail
using mailx?  In other words, I do not want it to show the user name I
am using on the UNIX box (guestuser account) plus the address.

How do I get my signature to be added to the end of my reply?
Currently it's placed at the end of the entire message (included
quoted text) - I would like it at the end of my reply BEFORE the
quoted text?

I get the following error when opening Entourage 2004:
"Microsoft Entourage got an error: Can't get account of folder id
