Need some help thats out of my league totally. A friend out mine just
switched from a PC to an new powerbook. She was using Outlook pn the

Been having a problem with using Entourage to collect my AOL e-mail.
In spite of the fact that I have gone onto AOL many times with the AOL
application and specifically told it to keep the mail I read and send,
Entourage is still auto-deleting mail that is more than one week old.

When I get far behind in my email filing (e.g., I've scanned most of
my email, but still have some unread and perhaps a couple hundred
unfiled), I like to sort and filter the inbox in various ways to work
through it more efficiently. One good one is to sort by subject so

When I try to delete the duplicates they change from unread to read, but do
not get moved to the deleted folder. Can anyone help? I am getting 4-6
copies of every e-mail...

Running Entourage 2004 v11.3.3 on a 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Due MacBook
Pro with 2 GB of RAM I am experiencing the following:
1. The Progress window is *always* syncronizing... I have a POP
account that syncs in a heart beat but my Exchange account literally

Each time I enter a new event in Entourage Calendar it shows up on the
calendar as one hour later than the date I entered.
Does anyone have a solution I can use to remedy this?
