I setup entourage to have all the mail in my hotmail Account downloaded..Now
is there a way to get the junkmail downloaded as well because I can't seem
to get it...The reason why is that sometimes I get important emails that
gets sent there and I want to make sure I don't miss ...

I followed these directions, but the TimeZone file that I downloaded
does not include an Eastern Time Zone??
In Entourage X's General Preferences I only have 3 TimeZone choices?

Well it's not exactly the same problem so I start a new post, this

server.  In the office, I must specify the local server name or IP
