I have just bought office for Mac, I have 3 email accounts and one of them
is mac mail. Is there a way to have the mac mail in the same pane as my
regular mail. Right now it is below my other inbox. I would like it to be in
the same inbox as the other two. When I set it up it shows ...

My old G3 iMac just died.  I've been trying without success to import
the info from my Microsoft User Data backup to my G5, running
Entourage 11.3.3.
When I select the Main Identity, it says the info could not be

I have somehow lost my identity in Entourage.  I have followed the
path from documents and can only find the new identity created when
entourage asked me to set up a new account.  I've done a  search
looking for the old database and can find nothing.

Recently Entourage (10.3.3 running on 10.4.8) has been hanging up at
least once a day when it goes out to check mail on the Cox POP mail
server.  I have rebuilt the database as well as compacted it and have
verified persmissions,  but the problem is still occurring.

I am running OS X 10.4.8 and Entourage 11.3.3.  I found an interesting
issue this morning.  When I send message to my Outlook colleagues, the
time they see in their Inbox window is correct, however if they open

Is there an easy way to remove email addresses from the
Recently Used Address list in Entourage X ?  (v.10.0.0)  Not batch
removal but one at a time without putting them into the Adress Book
1st.

I just migrated from Office 2003 to Entourage 2004.  In Oulook, I was
able to set a rule to search the subject of events and automatically
assign a category with a corresponding color code.  Is this possible
in Entourage?

I posted this problem some time ago and didn't get any feedback, so I'm
trying again.
The problem is simple: I cannot quit Entourage in the normal fashion; I
have to force quit every time.

I have been having email problems since I switched to the from a Mac G3 to
G5. Here is an outline of the problems:
No global address book from "Exchange Account"
Incoming messages sometimes go to Inbox on “Folders on my Computer” and

Something happened to my Entourage and now when the progam starts it
just hangs.  I've found that I can keep it from hanging if I quickly
take it off-line from sending and receiving, but the instant I put it
back online or just hit send and receive, that spinning ball starts

Is there a way to convert Lotus Notes mail to Entourage mail?

We have a problem with Junk E-mail Protection.
Fore some unknown reason it doesn't work anymore (it's set on High) and
every mail stays in the inbox (except those with rules of course).
Is this problem known ? The database has been rebuilt but it's the same.

As I was doing a manual update, my Entourage was deleted.  I don't
have my CD with me to reinstall.  Is there a way, with my product ID,
to reinstall?

All of the sudden my incoming emails are going to "Folder on My
Computer" Inbox instead of my Exchange Inbox.  I checked rules and no
