My client is running OSX 10.4.8 with Entourage 2004 11.3.4.  They are
experiencing a problem where mail received is being distributed
randomly.  Initially they had an IMAP account set up on a kerio

I can't see my contact groups in either my contacts folder or on the
public folder that I use. In both of those contact folders, I am not
allowed to create a group (icon is greyed out). Is there a fix to

I keep my contacts in the <First Name> <Last Name> format, but Entourage
sorts them alphabetically by the Last Name field. How can I keep my contact
sorted based on the First Name instead?

When setting up a POP account and leaving messages on server, I choose the
option "Delete messages from the server after they are deleted from this
computer", it appears that deleting messages isn't good enough, they have to
then be purged from the deleted folder. Is that true for ...

I have a number of messages in my Deleted Folder that do not clear.
Some are about a year old.  I have gone to Tools-Schedules-Clear
Folder, but this has had no effect on the persistant old messages.

I can view my company's corporate address book with no issues, however
when i add recipeints to meetings, i cannot see thier availability.
Also, once they have accepted an invite from me, the "attendee status"
section in the entourage appointment shows no response from anyone.

When I reply or reply all an email, it automatically include a

It appears that Entourage (v 10.1.6) recognizes the new DST, however
