I am notoriously inept at searching help and can't find how to upgrade
Entourage on my Mac.
Can someone send me the link to a free upgrade page for this?

Using Entourage 2004 for Mac, version 11.3.3
Got a database warning this morning, used disk utility, 'repaired' the
disk, found nearly all of my Inbox emails had disappeared.
Spoke to Microsoft, switched Identities to the 'backup' during this

I don't have to rebuild my database very often (maybe 1-2 a year
whenever it starts quitting on me). But when I do, it always
redownloads a few thousand emails into my InBox. This morning, after
having Entourage quit twice, I did a rebuild, and it downloaded 4,323

An  automatic Microsoft update for Office 2004 caused the Entourage Install
Assistant to be displayed. This asked whether we wanted a new account to be
created or to import an existing account. By mistake my partner closed this
assistant without importing. Now we have lost our email ...

By creating a new Calendar (when right clicking on default exchange
calendar), I can have another calendar and it appears I can share it out.
However.....when another user tries to open my shared calendar, the default
calendar is accessible but not the second shared out calendar ...

I have a problem on a customers mac:
Microsoft Office 2004 package installed on mac (completely new!) with

Hey all,
I did something to cause my folder pane to show only mail folders in
the folder pan of entourage 2004 ver 11.3.3.  How do I get the
contacts and calendar folders to show back up in the folder pane.

I use Entourage 2004 for mac on a G5 with OS 10.4.8. I cannot delete
certain messages, generally in Sent Items, but occasionally in the
Inbox as well. I have tried Command delete, option delete, etc. I've
also run the Database Utility to verify database integrity and it says

I have this serious problem troubling me for some time now.
When I compose in entourage and send for example to an outlook2003, hotmail
and the same Entourage, only the hotmail manage to receive the messae well

I am enabling sync services to have sync services overwrite Entourage.
It creates the Entourage calendar in iCal and deletes all items in
Entourage but nothing is added to Entourage. If I create a calendar
item in Entourage and give it the calendar name Entourage it will sync

My computer was running slow and so I forced quit everything and restarted
my computer. When I opened Entourage my inbox and all my created folders
that I sorted my mail into were gone. I'm running on Mac OS 10.4.8 and my
