I am running Entourage 2004 in MAC OS X 10.4.8.  We have an Exhange
Server and I can create new entries in the Public Folders for
contacts, calendars, etc... BUT, I cannot change or delete them.

I'm a new Mac user so I appreciate any help you can give me. I'm
trying to download some backgrounds and email templates from Mactopia
for Entourage. I am able to download the .sit files just fine, but I
am unable to open them. An error message appears telling me that I do

Of Entourage, is there any way to retrieve the email data from Entourage and
import it into mail?

One of my clients has an individual message that refuses to be deleted
(can't drag to trash or click on the "delete" button).
Rebuilding the database does not fix the issue.
Any idea as to how to get rid of it?

I have Office Mac 2004 and OS X 10.4.8. I am using the Mail program for

I've just converted from PC to Mac - and want to transfer all my
contacts and emails over from my old outlook... but Entourage doesn't
seem to read .pst files - does anyone know another way - I have over
1500 email addresses and about 600 emails!!!

I just imported a user's calendar from Now Up-To-Date to Entouage
Calendar.  Now he gets so many Office Notifications, it's just one big
list with no options to 'Accept' or 'Dismiss'.  How can I fix this?

This is an important email. It may be needed to take an unpaying client to
court. I had printed it out and noticed it doesn't print the exact date..

Its possible that this is design thing rather than an actual bug, but
I seem to be having a problem with calendars contained in Public
Folders and Entourage.  My searches of mailing lists, websites, and
newsgroups have turned up nothing so I thought that I might post and
