How do I recall a sent message with Entourage?

I have created several categories to classify my contacts, but entourage per
default, so how can I change that? And is there a way to automatically
create a rule by copying the behaviour of folders, i.e, by telling entourage
to check the folders I have and the categories assigned to ...
