Seems my Database was over the 4Gigs limit. My Main Identity (France here,
its name is Identité Principale) quitted unexpectedly yesterday.
Had the simple database rebuild. Not working.
Had a complete rebuild, and then the simple one after, as required by app.

I'm using entourage as a part of Office X on a Mac and have a lot of
emails in my inbox. What I'd like to do (since some of these emails
may be required at some future point) is to make a copy of the inbox
as it is today (to a CD for example) and then delete all those that

Just looking for validation to rule out that there is a problem
specific to our setup.

I use a I Mac at home with Entourage and a Windows based laptop, with
Outlook.
I would like to be able to have my files and directory structure (and the
emails they contain) synched with my laptop, so I have access to my data

Was wondering whether my version of Entourage X is corrupt. I am
running the latest updates. Now, none of the rules for incoming mail
are moving the messages to the appropriate folder. I have tweked and
tuned them and they still don't work.

I had a corrupted Entourage X Database so I upgraded to Office 2004. I hoped
Office 2004 would import the Old Entourage X Database. Entourage 2004 only
partially imported data. I want to restore my old calendar and notes data,
as well as sent and inbox emails.  What help is there?  ...

I noticed that my address book, usually has 2000 or so contacts,
suddenly had 59.
I did a rebuild of the database, now it has 361.

I just set up an E-mail account on Entourage for my sbcglobal.net E-
mail address.  However, I was unable to send mail from that account as
I kept getting the error message that the server is unable to send E-

Exchange Server.  We also use a Blackberry Enterprise Server, and all
my email, contacts and calendar items are wirelessly synchronized to

I have all of my contacts in Outlook 2003. I would like to import them
into Entourage X Ver 10.1.6. Is there a way that I can import from
Outlook 2003 or do I have to go round about to get this accomplished?

I have OSX and I use Entourage 2004 (v. 11.3.3).  I was able to
successfully set up an account for my main sbcglobal.net E-mail
address.  I am receiving E-mail fine on that address.  However, when I
tried to set up  an sbcglobal subaccount I was unsuccessful.

using imac with word/ office 2004- have made up a group and named it
now want to send e mail to that group

In Outlook for PC you can request a return email or "read reciept"
from the recipient once they have opened the email. Can this be done
with Entourage??
