I'm trying to open Entourage and it just won't open. The "E" in the
dock bounces twice then nothing. Word opens fine. Yesterday I did a
software update.I have 10.4.8. I tried reinstalling Entourage but
still won't open. Tried opening in Safe Mode too. No luck. Have not

For over 6 months now, everytime I ask to print a Calendar I get the
following message
"Action could not be completed"
"An unknown error (-30876) occurred"

In options I have set calendar events older than 12 months to be erased. But
events back in 2002 are still kept! This creates problems when I synchronize
with my PDA, which then becomes very slow because of all the (unnecessary)
information stored.

This past week, my entire database disappeared from Entourage.  I had
not done anything, in fact, it happened overnight.  I then did a sync
with my phone, in the hopes to get everything back and it, of course,
erased everything from my phone!  This seems to be the second time

I found that I can export a .rge file that seems to contain my Entourage
items.  I travel a lot and have a Mac at another site.  If I want to bring
Entourage with me, will exporting and then importing the .rge file do the
trick???

I had to reinstall Microsoft Office 2004. I am running the brand new
top of the range MacBook Pro. After the reinstall, when I started up
Entourage it came up as a new Entourage account, and won't recognize
my real Main Identity. I can see it in the Microsoft User Data file,

When I delete the spam from my in-box, it won't move to trash-- it stays in
my inbox.  For that matter, when I delete any email, it won't leave my
inbox.  I've tried going into my advanced account setting and checked the
box: "move my deleted message to TRASH".  Nothing happens. ...

I'm running Office v.X on a PPC 17' iMac running OS 10.4.8.  My
calendar functions in Entourage have been getting a bit dodgy over the
past two weeks, with my not being able to access months beyond the
current month.  Then today I lost all calendar function completely.

Anyway to get a keyboard shortcut for subfolders! Thanks.

So at first point sorry my english is very bad, but maybe you

So i using Entourage 2004 (U2Date).

I have an imap account and get my email through my Entourage at work.
Yesterday, I just started having the same email address/account come through
my separate home computer (through Entourage).  This is when the troubles
began: 4 duplicates of every email that comes in.

I have correctly configured an AOL account for collecting and sending
through Entourage, or so I thought.  I keep getting intermittent 1025
error messages, telling me I have not correctly assigned folders.
