While entering an address for a new email, the contact autofils ok, but
when I tried to update it, the contact could not be found in the
address book. I tried both first and last names, as well as email
address in the search fields with no luck. It also did not come up

Does anyone know how to modify an email group on an exchange server.
When I view the group, it says I'm the owner, but I can't find any
options to add/remove users to the group.
Was this feature left out of Entourage?

My wife can't seem to open Address Book in her Entourage 2004 (running on Os
X 10.4). I did a bit of testing... All works fine except Entourage seems to
lock up when clicking on Address Book, requiring a Force Quit and restart to
get it back. Email comes in fine. Calendar is okay. ...

When i create a new e-mail and type in a name in the "to" field.  It
only show 8 max address that matches.  The problem is i have alot of
johns in my address book and not all of them show up.  I don't know
last name on all of them so i have to go to my address book first to

I've seen other people report this problem, but I haven't seen a fix
yet. When I reply to a message, sometimes the original message (which I
like to be included in my reply) will not show up in my reply, only an

My Entourage no longer logs on to my IMAP server in order to look for
new mail.
Entourage has been running happily for months, connecting to my server,
seeking new mail and alerting me.

I am unable to open attachments now that I am receiving my email on an
IMAP server.  The same attachments can be opened if I email to an
account using a POP server.

however all that I could find were posts asking how to setup Entourage to
request read receipts when email is sent. My problem is that my Entourage is

I noticed that my address book (On This computer) link is red.
Does anyone know why?

The certificates in MS Cert Manager do not show up in the Certificates
pane in En'rage's address book. Is there a switch or something, that I
have overlooked? I am on version 11.3.2 (061213). Office Notification is
off.

Hey fellow Entourage users,
My incoming messages suddenly started going to my Deleted Items folder
instead of my Inbox.
Any ideas why or how to get them back to the inbox?

I have an iMac G5 with Office 2004 11.3.3, and when I recive many mails
with .pps I can open the attachment but when I click to advance it
hang., Nearly the 85% of the .pps I can not see them. Would some one
provide me a solution?

Does anyone have a good process for migrating my Outlook 2003 .pst file
from my Win XP PC to my Mac Entourage 2004? All I can find is how to
migrate Outlook 2001 to Entourage 2004 using PST Importer and it will
not perform the conversion.

A buddy of mine said he read an article that you could put an erage database
on Dot mac and basically share it over the net like an Exchange.
