It was working fine... then decided to not respond.
No messages or prompts at all... just keeps the rainbow disc twirling.
I've verified the database and there is no corruption.
I've also compact and back up the current database files.

I keep HTML formatting enabled by default for new messages, and I¹ve noticed
that when I receive replies from certain recipients (not all) that my
apostrophes appear as commas in my original message.  What I¹d like to know

I'm having problems with my entourage lately. When it tries to read certain
HTML-newsletters it freezes for a while and then crashes. It's always from
the same senders and I have contacted the companies in question, but they
have not made any changes to their mail code.

I rely on the sync feature of Entourage 2004 with address book and .mac. In
the past 2 months, in two occasions one being today, my contacts got

I am trying to send an email to a group I've set up and every time I
try to send, I get a message saying an unknown error 18588 occurred. I
tried sending the same email to myself at another email address and it
worked. It doesn't seem to want to send any kind of email to my group?

I was having a tidy up & in the process moved my MS user data folder.
As a result, when I open Entourage nothing is in it (none of my file
structures or data). I still have my user data folder & the database
file has 30MB in it so I hope I still have my data but it is not

   I am currently in the process of migrating from Microsoft Windows
Vista and Office 2007 Professional to a MacBook Pro with Office for Mac
2004.  So in this process it is not uncommon for me to go between my
Windows box and MacBook Pro.  I have Microsoft Outlook 2007 on my Vista

Where does Entourage (11.2.5) store email addys that are not in the address
book. Like when you start to type an addy and it shows up in the drop down?
And is there a way to clear out the addresses in the drop down every so
often? Sloppy typing gave me a bad address and it keeps ...

I just checked Mactopia and noticed that I did not have update 10.1.8
applied to Microsoft Office X.

Entourage seems to be running slower and slower on my computer. Often when
I'm typing, I have to wait for Entourage to keep up. Recently flicking from
the mail window to contacts or the calendar window has been particularly
