Hi, maybe I'm overlooking this or do not see it.. but how do you have
the display order First Name in the Entourage address book???

We have a user who is using Entourage 2004 on a Mac running 10.4.8 our
exchange is 2003 sp2 and we can not get this one particular user to
connect to the public folders.  He can connect to the server with the
Exchange conduit with no problem  Just hte public folders dont populate

Rather than download at that site, I updated by going under Entourage's Help
pulldown menu to "Check for Updates."
