I've just installed Office 2004 on a new iMac with 10.4.7. The font
used by Office to display things like menu options and the buttons in
the tool bar are of a sort of corrupted font - it looks like dodgy
dot-matrix font. Any ideas how to get it to behave properly?

I have question that maybe has already been answered in a previous
groups session, I am trying to import my data from Outlook 2003 (pc) to
my Macbook Pro.

When I deleted messages from my Inbox, apparently I deleted the handy
headings for grouping messages by "Today", "Yesterday" etc., too.
They're still in my Sent folder.  I can't find a way to bring them back
to the Inbox.

Recently, I've been overrun by spam that all has a subject along the lines
of: " Returned mail: see transcript for details".
All the messages are addressed to my domain, with a nonsense prefix
(erflsez@rcnospamgregory.com).

Entourage works fine at home, but on WIFI, it receives it just fine,
but won't send mail, says relaying mail is not allowed.... error
-17092.  It suggests I change my server settings.  Any ideas?

All,
I'm going to buy 2 macbooks in the next few days - one for me and one
for my business partner. We don't have a server, and will only have
these 2 macbooks.

Is anyone else having this problem? Our Mac users do not receive any
NDRs from the Exchange server, which is terrible (obviously). Nobody
has any idea if they've sent a message that has bounced - unless they
look at their email through the web access. They get all of their email

Hello, I've imported email into Entourage 2004 using the Entourage
Import function bringing in items from Apple Mail.
So I have folders

As of today, I cannot open many of the sub-folders that I have created
in my Entourage Mail file system.  I can open all of the upper level
folders and a few of the sub-folders, but only get the message "Cannot
open that feature. An I/O error occurred.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.  Ed

My university is migrating to MSExchange for their web-based email.  I
have always redirected my school mail to my Gmail account, and wanted
to do that with the new system, but apparently Exchange will not allow

I was trying to transfer my entourage emails from a iBookG4 to a new mac
computer.
When I tried exporting under file, it says: there was a problem saving one

Here's a weird one.  I've recently noticed that the alert sounds for
new mail, sent mail, etc., in Entourage aren't working anymore.  Also,
Real Player doesn't play sound anymore either.  However, Windows Media
Player, and Quicktime Player work fine.  So the sound on the computer

Having just converted to a Mac I am stumped by a problem with Entourage
sending fonts that are two small. On a message received on a PC the fonts
are seen as Arial 9 which is too small for old eyes. In the Entourage font
preference the following are the settings:
