I recently installed the Office 11.3 upgrade; now running Entourage 2004
11.2.5. Just realized that with the exception of groups and the "Me"
contact, all the contacts in my Address Book have vanished. Within groups,

I'm trying to switch from Apple Mail program to Entourage. Can someone
tell me how to transfer all my contacts from Address Book to the
Entourage Address Book?

I am having trouble with Entourage (Office 2004) on my new MacBook.
Each time I go to quit the program I have to end up doing a force quit.
Another issue is that when this application is open the fan runs at
high speed all the time.  I have updated everything there is to update.

Entourage crashed for me and it will not start up any more (crashes
when loading)
How do I fix this, do I delet the existing Entourage and try to
re-install it an import my e-mails into the newly installed?

Entourage 2004 does not retain the window position when opening email
messages or replying to messages.  They always appear at the top left side
of the screen.

I read in this group that one way to synchronize my desktop and laptop
was to copy the identity folder from one to the other. Well I copied my
Main Identity folder on my MacBook and replaced my Main Identity on my
iMac.

I'm using the latest available version of Entourage as an Exchange
email client. I can remove attachments to messages received through the
Exchange account by copying the message to a local mail folder, then
editing, then copying the message back to an Exchange account folder.

When I try to forward an e-mail with an HTML layout (e.g., an electronic
newsletter), all of the formatting is eliminated. Is ³Forward as Attachment²
the only way to avoid this problem?
