We imported all of our emails and address book from a MacMail account,
and also added another email address to receive messages in the same
Entourage account (two email addresses feeding into one Entourage
account).  All worked fine for a few days.  Yesterday we opened

Can anyone throw any light on why my Entourage application has recently
begun crashing on the first run (OK on when immediately run again) ?

I've received a message in MIME-format, which looks perfect.
I have to forward this message to a couple of customers. If I click
"Forward" I get no neat message, I get a bunch of text and code. Anyone
an idea of how to forward in its original state?

Can anyone advise me of how to set up my entourage account.  It has been
working great and then all of a sudden I am receiving thousands of messages
each time I chose send and receive.  Items that I had deleted some time ago.

I've enabled Sync Services in my Entourage.  Address Book become
visible just as-is, with no hassle.  Somehow, I didn't see any events
from my iCal.  The additional calendar Entourage was created in iCal,
and changes made to it are getting sync back with Entourage.  However,

1) In both the INBOX and DELETED ITEMS I can't open any I received or
deleted YESTERDAY. When I try, I get the message, 'This action could
not be completed. Unknown error (4362) occurred.'  2) the DELETE

Hughesnet is my isp. They just changed their name from direcway.  Now I
can send email using entourage.  I get an entourage error message that
says it can't send because it requires smtp authentication.  According

Every week I keep receiving repeat emails I have read from the previous
week.  Just recently I had over 40 repeat emails from last week and the
week before. Also, is there a way to set the address book so that it is
alpahabetized by the first name similar to Microsoft Outlook is ...

How do I backup Entourage's content. I have the latest version on a new Mac

I've asked this twice before, but the MVP's never answer.
I do not download any pictures by default, not even from people in my
address book. Sometimes I manually download the pictures from trusted
senders by clicking on the download link in the Preview window.

I recently changed ISP from Earthlink to Copper.net.  I reconfigured my
Entourage Email settings and now cannot send Emails.  I can receive them OK.
I get an error message:
5.7.1 This system is not configured to relay mail from <indago@copper.net>

HI, I just updated my entourage to 11.2.5 and now it appears the email will
not delete from the server after they download. I can no longer find the
option to delete from server on download option.
Can some one help please.

I rebuilt my Entourage email database yesterday from a 6/28/06 backup
using the microsoft database utility.  In the process I lost all my
email from 6/28 to that point.  Is there a way to retrieve the email
that I lost?  Thanks.
