When I try to "select all" or "delete" e-mails using key commands
nothing happens however I can perform these functions with the
pull-down menus.  At first thought it was a faulty keyboard but the key
commands work fine in other programs. This problem appeared suddenly

I am a new user of macbook
I bought the Missing Sync for Mac (working with Entourage and my window
mobile PDA) and worked fine but the Notes cannot be sync.
Any other means ?

All emails have been redirected into my local mail folder. Inbox, Sent,
Drafts, etc. all have been moved, and I did not do it manually. Also,
my account settings tell the IMAP server to store messages in the

After changing my password for email, and adjusting it in keychain,
Entourage keeps asking for password access to Keychain Access. I've tried to
make it permanent, but it doesn't stick. Then I tried to repair Keychain,

So I ran the Office Updater and have the most current version, but I
can't get spotlight working.  When I go to Entourge>Preferences>General
Preferences 'Spotlight' isn't one of the listed options.  What am I
doing wrong?

All of a sudden my Entourage X will not print messages that contain
HTML. Sometimes I get a -9705 error when trying to print. Sometimes
there is no error but the message just does not print. I had a problem

My Entouarge 2004, has somehow become corrupted.
The messages changed color. When I go to preferences to change the
color settings, E. crashes and gives me the following error message.
I can also not access the address book any longer without E. crashing.

My laptop Entourage looks completely different than my desktop and I
never changed any setting I'm aware of.
My desktop is what i like.  It displays two areas, the one with inbox
etc, and then the second with headings From Subject, Sent, etc.

I'm getting multiple error messages and my isp Time Warner cable, blames
issues on Entourage. They say Entourage gets bogged down with multiple
accounts and times out.
Are they right?

When entering timed event during daylight savings time for 2007 one
hour is automatically added to start and end times. When establishing
the event the times are correct. As soon as the event is saved,  closed
and posted in the calendar the hour is added. This does not happen

How do I assign a weblink to an inserted picture (gif or png) in
Entourage?  My goal is to create an email where the reader can click on
a portion of the html picture which takes him to a weblink.

emails through the same account. How can I set this in Entourage? E.g. in
Outlook you have this kind of setting choice.
