I have started using Entourage and I am getting the following error
message when I use my AOL account:
"Unable to add message to IMAP mailbox. The corresponding local folder
will be used instead"

How do I do this? I want to share my Entourage calendar with my boss, and
he'd like to share contacts with me. But we're not on an exchange server..
Can we synch through a blackberry? How? He'd also like to share contacts...
Any assistance will be GREATLY appreciated.

I connect to the internet with Comcast.net and I use Entourage to read
and send email. When someone sends me pictures, it takes a looong time
to open those emails. The files are often large (6 Meg or more) and it
takes 15 minutes or more to open the email. I was unable to open one ...

I just started a new job where they're using Outlook Web Access for
email.  I have managed to get the email to work fine in Entourage,
although it would be nice for it to Sync in Mail.  More importantly,

I have set up over thirty different rules for incoming emails - sometimes
they apply automatically (the way I would like) but most times they are
ignored. I go to an offending email that should have been transferred to
another folder or trashed automatically, control/click, choose ...

I had to send my MacBook in for repair (Random Shutdown problem) on 24
August, and made a bootable backup on an external FireWire drive with
SuperDuper before shipping it.

I am using Entourage 2004 v. 11.2.3 on a Mac running OSX
When I receive a message in entourage that has  a pdf file
I click the pdf file and it opens up MAC Viewer. Once Mac Viewer is opened I
can see the file but cannot PRINT>

I just deleted all of my emails from the server, but I had just backed
up my home folder yesterday. How can I find and restore my emails from
my backup? Thank you.
