Can anyone help I have tried to set up the account so that I can use
entourage but when I send an email I keep getting message unable to
send error 3253 it doesn't seem to be able to connect to aol for some
reason.  I can't think what else to do?

Using Entourage 11.2.5 over an Exchange server and I've been using the
calendar for some time only for myself. Now I'd like to have a shared

I am using Entourage v. 11.2.5 and have for the first time tried to use the
Group feature.  Which does not work.  I get the message ³Mail could not be
sent².
Sending the same message to the groupmembers individually works fine.

I can't seem to get one of my e-mail accounts to work in Entourage. It
works just fine in Mail as well as on my PC. All of my other e-mail
accounts work just fine in Entourage.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ever since reinstalling Entourage 2004 last week (and doing the update
to 11.2.5) last week, none of my Rules work, and none of the new emails
get assigned to any of that person's Categories. All new email comes in
as None category. Just black&white. No color.

have exported using comma seperated file, it is a mess any easy way to

Why isn't there an A-Z icon bar for quickly narrowing down the choice
of names in address book. if you have a large database, it is much
easier to choose for example, 'T' and have all your contacts that begin
with a "t" displayed, than it is to type in the name in the search

  (I am happy to see that this Mac.Entourage forum now seems to have
Microsoft developer responses -- Yay.  When I had been referred to the
Microsoft forums at the bottom of my Entourage folder list last year or so,

I have a problem with one message in my 2004 Entrouage InBox that cannot
be deleted or moved the Junk mail. When I try to move it comes back with
a dialog box saying Unknown Error 16002.
How can I ditch this message?

New to Mac.. need to send my macbook off for repair ~sad~.. anyway I
need to print out my group addresses as I moderate some online prayer
groups.  How can print out the group addresses?
