Can anyone help I have Office v.X 10.1.6 and having problems with entourage
reading and showing electronic newsletters. Really slow to load and graphics
show as  box with x in them.

I am using Entourage (from MS Office 2004 for Mac) on my iMac G5 20" (with

Last week, out of the blue, my Entourage 2004 email started coming in
with the wrong time stamps. Usually if I check messages in the morning,
the time stamp will be 7:35, 9:13 etc. based on when it was sent. Now,
if I check mail at 8:05 a.m., all messages come in with a time stamp ...

Hi I hope someone can help me with this one!
My installation of entourage works fine BUT the labels next to the various
headings and labels are all corrupt - eg the heading label on this email is
currently called "Uwdlgev<" and the To label is currently "Vq".

This is horribly frustrating!!!  Why even have the ability to assign
categories when they are temporary!?
Any way to avoid losing assigned categories????

I have a PBG4 running Entourage 11.2.4. For the past 4 or 5 weeks, I have
had to rebuild the database on average once a week (sometimes twice).
What causes this, how do I correct it?

The Sent items folder has been behaving very stragely & keeps crashing the
programme. The folder opens & after the 1st few emails the list shows alarge
grey expanse where my messages should be. With a bit of scrolling up & down
the grey area decreases until it only covers 1 email ...

I find that when some people email me a PDF as an attachment, it comes
in to my inbox only as a winmail.dat and I cannot open them.
Does anyone know how to fix this.

I'm getting multiple error messages and my isp Time Warner cable, blames
issues on Entourage. They say Entourage gets bogged down with multiple
accounts and times out.
Are they right?

Can anyone help I have tried to set up the account so that I can use
entourage but when I send an email I keep getting message unable to
send error 3253 it doesn't seem to be able to connect to aol for some
reason.  I can't think what else to do?

I recently changed my mail preferences from HTML to Text, and now I can¹t
get it to switch back. It is set to HTML in Preferences, but all mail still
comes through in Text Format. I have tried trashing prefs, and restarting,
with no luck.

I just tried importing from a standard .csv file, where there are no quotes
around any of fields, mapped them properly, and now every field has a set of
quotes around the data, even for fields where the data is blank...
