I have a new Macintosh which I am trying to configure Entourage 2004 to
a Small business Server 2003 SP1 running Exchange SP1.
Entourage on the Mac is fully patched.
The server is running IMAP4 and File services for the Macintosh.

I can't find a setting to have entourage automatically check for
messages - like every 5, 10 minutes.   Checked prefs, not in there.

I just installed the Office 2004 11.2.6 Update and have no idea what was
changed.  Anybody have a read me file on the update?

The Environment is Mac OSX 10.4/Entourage 2004 using Exchange2003.
Question: Is it possible to Drag Folders from Entourage, then drop the
data on another computer running the same version of Entourage..
Any thoughts, recommendations?

Once a week or so, some glitch between entourage, sync services and my
exchange server at work causes all of my contacts to disappear. They
disappear out of Entourage, out of the sync services conduit to my

Lately (the past couple of weeks), I've used Activity Monitor to check
on other applications. What I found was that Microsoft Sync was running
and grabbing all the memory it could. It's taking 99% and over whenever
it can.

The more Apple continues to develop their own mail, calendar, spreadsheets,
presentation, and word processing software, the more I
wonder what MS has planned for the future of Entourage and Office for mac.

Since upgrading from Entourage X, the window where I look at all my
emails in Entourage 2004 Mac is now cluttered with the bluish rows with
openable triangles where I can view all the mails sent by that sender
(or, if I'm viewing by date, it's separated into dates).  I find this

I no longer use it.  It is still on my dock.  
Every once in a while (daily?  every other day?  not sure) it launches
all by itself and I don't know what's triggering it.  The Office

I have used entourage for years with few problems. Now I can't send or
receive, can anyone shed some light on this? I use Earthlink cable if that
helps.

This is not the first thread about this topic, yet I a would like to start
it again.
I am using the most recent version of MS Office (and Entourage). I have used
Spamsieve for some weeks for my junk e-mail protection, but the problem also

I need to know how to transfer, in tact, a formatted word document to
an Entourage X email, in the text area, not as an attachment.  Thanks.

Can anyone help me.  I can receive email through entourage but I cannot send
it.  I get an Error: -3259 message and this has been happening for days. I
have loaded the upgrades and that doesn't seem to help.  Any advice.

I have just upgraded? from Office X and cannot find the "Insert
hyperlink" feature.
Has it moved or has it disappeared with Outlook?
Am I missing something?
