I am having a problem with the time zone in my Entourage program.  Beginning
on March 11th, 2007, everything changes to one hour later. It is not reading
the change to DST.  I am in the central time zone in Houston TX.  Anyone
have a fix for this?

When scheduling a meeting in Entourage 11.2.4 (and possibly later versions)
our users could not see their own free/busy information alongside all the
other attendees' free/busy info.  It was just gray or some other non-useful

I see that Tasks and Events with due dates will show up on the main
calendar of Entourage, but Project due dates appear to only be viewable
when looking at the specific Project. Is this correct? Is there no way
to have an overview of the due dates of all Projects within Entourage?

Here's my problem, which I hope someone can help with:  
At least once per day (and probably more often) my 1.5g G4 Powerbook
will begin some type of intense background processing which will take
approximately 5 minutes to complete; I have no idea what it's doing

Can anyone direct me to an apple script or other tool to quickly find and/or
remove duplicate address book entries? In the process of setting up my Palm
device to sync I managed to get a ton of duplicates.

Several times over the past few weeks I have had to rebuild the database.
What would case this to happen, how do I correct it?

I have Entourage 2004 11.2.5 configured against an Exchange Server (2003
SP2).
Whenever I try to empty the deleted items folder on the server, I get a
progress bar indicating that it is emptying items - then when it tries

Small problem that I have been questioning for a long time. I am
running Entourage 2004 for Mac version 11.2.5. From time to time I
receive e-mails from people that I will only hear from the one time and
I do not need to keep their address. However, there it is in my list

Does anyone know a method to recover deleted mail that has been deleted
from trash, on an operational copy of Entourage on osX?

I am trying to set up a new Palm Zire 21 and have the information in it
synced with both my home and office computers. I did the home computer

One of my favorite things about Apple Mail was that it would allow me to
clean up the button layout. Remove labels, re-order, etc. It doesn't seem
that Entourage is quite so brave. Is that the case?
