I recently discovered after running ClamXav that I have a possible
virus in my Entourage Database. It is called HTML.Phishing.Bank-50.
>From my understanding I can't just trash the Database because it contains all of my email, etc. So what do I do?

I'm trying to write a script in Entourage to move an email to a
standard folder. Right now, nothing I've found seems to work well.
To do that, I'd like to find an applescript that will perform that a
"move". So far, without documentation, I've not been able to do it.

I have reached the 2Gb database limit in Entourage and now get an
error-40 read/write message when I try to start Entourage. I have
repaired all permissions and have established it is this size limit
causing the problem as removing the existing database file and allowing

I have been using Entourage (2004) for two months, after migrating from
mail.app. One feature which I really miss is the ability to save an
email and its attachment(s) as a single rtfd file. Is there a
workaround to this -- or have there been feature requests put in?

I just got my first Mac. It is a MacBook Pro and I have an extensive Outlook
2003 file on my PC which I would like to move over to my Mac. Any
suggestions on the best way to approach this. I do have .Mac activated and
Entourage also. I would really like to use the imac sync ...

I'm using Palm Desktop/Hotsync with Entourage 2004 with the Entourage
Conduits to sync with my Treo 650. The sync operation completes ok, BUT
I've been having this problem of the Work and Home phone numbers being
swapped incorrectly on the Treo, as well as Mobile and Email fields

1. Is there any way of getting incoming mail from various accounts to
appear in one indox (as happens with Mac Mail)? Having tried used Mac
Mail I find it frustrating to have to open different mailboxes.

I have one email delivered that shows as unread. I have read it and it
still shows as unread. I can't move it to a folder or delete it. When
doing so, I get a message: Unknown error (16002) occurred.
The preview pane is not on so turning it off to delete does not help,
