In preferences, I have "show attached pictures" checked.
Still I get the message a  lot "to protect your privacy, some pictures were
not downloaded" -- I then have to manually download. I hate this.
Is there some preference or way to not have ENT protect my privacy? Thanks.

I am having problems sending my mail from my mac. I do not have this

I would welcome any feedback or help with the following:
On a Mac iBook running OS 10.4, I have successfully set up Entourage
2004 to synch with my Palm Zire.   I did my most recent HotSynch with
Entourage about a month ago.

I'm trying to install Office 2004 onto a new brand new MacBook. The
install disk icon never shows on the desktop and the DVD drive makes
regular spins of the disk... dies away then spins again.. never seeming
to quite get into top gear and never actually achieving anything.

I'm a new Mac user.  When I receive some e-mail messages I am unable to view
the pictures without first clicking on "Download Pictures" at the top of the
message preview area.  I have hunted around to see if this is an option I
can change so that the pictures download automatically ...

I am trying to sync my Palm (Tungsten E, OS 5.2.1) with both my Power
Mac G4 desktop and my Powerbook G4 laptop.  I've been successful with
the desktop computer, but am unable to get the sync to work for the
laptop.

Is there an automated way to delete duplicated messages?

When backing up (exporting) in Entourage, is "local contacts" the same
the address book?  When doing this, it shows that you can also "drag it
to the desktop" but I have no idea what to drag to the desktop to
backup the address book.  Can someone offer answers on both issues?

I am a new iMac and Office for Mac user.  I made Entrourage my
"default" e-mail program, but now I would like to undefault it.  Can't

Since I downloaded the latest update of Office for Mac I cannot receive
email on Entourage. When Entourage tries to receive, it times out (I
think) and I get an error saying my password is incorrect. I have tried
