Is there an option to not send the user name and password as clear text in Entourage, or a way to set it up so that those elements being sent to the server to authenticate are encrypted for increased seucrity ? Thanks

Received emails are in HTML format, but no embedded pictures show up, just a box with a small red X in the center, and a message saying To protect your privacy, some pictures were not downloaded. So I have to click to download those. The preferences-view checkbox: Show attached

Is there anyway to permanently change the default column settings in Entourage 2004? I don¹t use Categories, Projects, Conversation, nor keep any messages 'arranged by groups'. There are a ton of columns in Contacts that need to go too.

I am trying to figure out how to set up two email accounts in Entourage. I'd like there to be two inboxes so email from each account is separated rather than beiing mixed up in the same account. Any suggestions?

Folks, The Help > Send Feedback on Entourage menu item takes me to a MS web-site on which I find a link to "Report Bugs". This takes me to another page where I am asked to ring a US phone number to report bugs.

A question to script Entourage using ist built-in fast mail search: Is there a way to get the selection of mails that is filtered through a mail view folder into an AppleScript? Sort of "get every mail of <my custom mail view folder>"?
