Is there an option to not send the user name and password as clear text in
Entourage, or a way to set it up so that those elements being sent to the
server to authenticate are encrypted for increased seucrity ?

Received emails are in HTML format, but no embedded pictures show up,
just a box with a small red X in the center, and a message saying To
protect your privacy, some pictures were not downloaded.  So I have to
click to download those. The preferences-view checkbox: Show attached

I have various rules activated but the just aren't working, they did before.
Any ideas?

Is there anyway to permanently change the default column settings in
Entourage 2004?  I don¹t use Categories, Projects, Conversation, nor keep
any messages 'arranged by groups'.  There are a ton of columns in Contacts
that need to go too.

I had a Treo 600 and now just got a 650.  I have VersaMail connecting
through ActiveSync to my office¹s Exchange server for my calendar and email.

How do you set up entourage to check for email whenever you go on
line---at this point it doesn't seem to be doing that?

I am trying to figure out how to set up two email accounts in
Entourage.  I'd like there to be two inboxes so email from each account
is separated rather than beiing mixed up in the same account.  Any
suggestions?

with the same first name like "Cisco" or "AVST". Each folder holds
e-mails that I received about particular topics or projects. I now want
