I notice that messages with inserted screen shots sent to me from a
co-worker using Outlook (from an IBM/PC computer) do not show up in the
text of the message (they happen to be called "Outlook.bmp" files in
the attachments section of my Entourage message window). They end up

I am using the search box to find people from certain domains, e.g.
From | Contains | @domain.com
But this doesn't work if the sender has set their name in their email client
(or I have set them in my address book presumably). Their from address

Hi,  I'm having a bit of a baffling problem.  I just reinitialized an
old G3 running 10.2.8 which I use partly for archiving e-mail.  I can't
launch Entourage however.  I initially restored Office from a backup,
but have since reinstalled it entirely and still have this problem.

1) Am I correct that what Entourage from Microsoft Office 2004 calls
"Live Sync" is what the rest of the world calls IDLE?
a) If so, why can't they just use the same term as everyone else?!?!
b) If not, how do I enable IDLE?

I just purchased the new Mac Book Pro and installed Entourage.  I have
my contacts and calendar stuff in outlook 2003.  The .pst import
program will not recognize the .pst because it is not from a mac.  Does
any one out there know any possible way to import a .pst file from a PC

I have an script that used to open jpegs in preview: I now get this message:
Error Microsoft file got an error, duplicate file name some object.

Ok, I know I may be doing something wrong (& the Entourage Help file IS next
to useless). I am having a few difficulties with rules (yes, me as well).
My situation is as follows:
- 2 email accounts (1 ISP POP account & 1 .Mac IMAP account)

Some users said me that it was impossible to delete mails in Entourage 2004
for Mac OSX for mailboxes taken up their default profile.
They delete mails with "delete message" but they only copy in "deleted
items" and stay in "inbox".. even after "delete deleted items" !

I work on a Mac and I need to share my Entourage Calendar and Contacts
with my secretary that uses Outlook on a PC.  We are both on an
Exchange network.  Right now both my Calendar and Contacts are on the
"Folders on My Computer."  How do I copy or sync those folders with

Hi. Is there a limit to the number of addressees sent mout in one email
message? I want tomuse entourage to manage a growing list that already
has 326 addresses. is this going to be more trouble than it is worth?

I am moving from PC Outlook 2003 to Entourage.  I'm pretty familiar w
setting up Outlook.  In my Outlook, I set up a Personal (local) folde
that could connect to my company Exchange Server.  Thru this, my emai
could then download to my local PST and then also be delete

We just put in an exchange server at work and i happen to be the only
mac user...which means i'm on my own regarding support...When setting
up an event calendar event and I want to view the attendees schedule, I
see the schedule tab, but it does not show the attendees schedule.

I have a lot of invisible addresses in my address book. Only visible when I
start writing an address. How can I put them in trash??
