Is there a simple way to make a database (Excel, or Word table) of the
"To" info in the Sent folder? Not the full emails, but the basic heading
information (even just that one field)?

I downloaded Paul Berkowitz's (fantastic) "Send Complex HTML X 2.04" script
which allows you to create HTML files outside of Entourage and send them
successfully with Entourage. It really was just what I was looking for. I
thank him for making this available!

We have a fairly large-scale deployment of Entourage, and have recently
started upgrading users from 11.1.1 to SP2 followed by 11.2.1.
We've started seeing an issue where user's database is becoming
corrupted (requiring a rebuild) when they attempt to move multiple

I connect to the exchange server at work using entourage.  This has always
worked on my Powerbook G4, and still does.  I just got an IMAC G5 and can't
connect using entourage, even though I can connect to the internet.  All of
the settings on the two computers (G4 and G5) seem to ...

The latest Apple update 10.4.3, fixes the entourage project dots.  I
tested it on three computers and it works fine.

I had updated to SP2 and everything was fine with Entourage (sort of).
Now, suddenly and without warning, the colored dots that appeared on
calendar events that were linked to a project have disappeared. The
space for the dot, however, is still there.

Is it possible to set Entourage so that mail from a specific address is
automatically put into a specific folder rather than the Inbox?
Similar to the way Junk E-mail is directed into that Junk E-mail folder

I probably win the award for lame Entourage user of the year.  Too often
I get in a hurry and select many messages at one time.  Rather than
taking the time to deselect I screw up and double click and Entourage
opens all of the selected messages.   I usually just Quit Entourage ...

I have been suffering from a problem with keyboard layouts being changed
without any user intervention for a long time now (many months). The
symptoms are as follows:
I have a Logitech keyboard and have the keyboard layout installed for it.

My Entourage displays different categories for its contacts than the one's I
have set in Outlook
1. How can I get these two category lists to match
2. How can I get Entourage contacts' categories to match the categories

I have trouble because my categories in Entourage do not sync with our
Exchange Server.  This is a real issue for me because I sync my Treo with
Entourage and that¹s they only way it know which ones to sync.  Our Exchange
server is the highest/latest version and I have Entourage SP2 ...

  does any one know why the junk mail filter doesn't get all the junk mail
when I select what is junk mail in the inbox, but keeps coming back time and
time again.

So...I'm just in the process of converting a forever Windows friend to
the Mac OS. All that remains is -- I pray that it is possible -- to
bring into Entourage (or maybe the Address Book for adresses) all his
stuff that is in Outlook. I'm assuming he's in Windows XP. Any help

Is there a script to copy all new mail from an exchange account to the
inbox of "My Computer"? I would like to use it with Scheduler. Outlook
on PC has this option but I can't find it in Entourage.
