Debugging in CW8 and CW9 with Illustrator CS09 Aug 2004 09:12 GMT3
We are moving a plug-in from Illlustrator 9 to CS and are moving to CW8 (we
also have 9 if required). We can find no way of getting breakpoints to work
when the xSym file is loaded and we then run Illustrator and then the
plug-in. Ideally we would like to do this from inside the IDE ...

CodeWarrior 8.3/9 on Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger06 Aug 2004 21:30 GMT6
I was just curious if anyone has tried CodeWarrior Pro, either
versions 8.3 or 9, on the Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger pre-release distributed
at this year's WWDC?  I know 8.3 is no longer supported by Metrowerks
as of Panther (although we have it working okay), so I can't imagine

Anybody see anything blatantly wrong with this code?06 Aug 2004 20:09 GMT20
Hiya, folks...
My testing is giving mixed results on this code. It looks OK to me, and
seems to function OK, but it also seems (perhaps unrelated, but the
coincidence is suspicious) to somehow be a problem. Targeting MacOS 9.1

CodeWarrior 9 Questions06 Aug 2004 18:53 GMT1
Hi Ron,
We currently have a number of CodeWarrior 8.3 licenses for both Mac &

the fact that we still support Classic, and we find that many of our
Project from makefle06 Aug 2004 17:49 GMT2
I have the ignominious task of porting a unix program over to OSX.
Shouldn't be too bad. I'd like to take a short cut, if possible.
Is there any facility for importing a makefile and creating an
Metrowerks project therefrom? OR, does XCode do this? I am using 8.3.

Using pthreads with CW06 Aug 2004 14:33 GMT7
I'm moving a project from Xcode to CW -- or at least, thinking of it.
The project uses pthreads, which were pretty simple in Xcode given its
Unix/gcc roots. Any advice or heads-ups about doing this with
CodeWarrior? Obviously I have the libraries on my computer, there in
