Thanks so much I wonder why I didn¹t think of this myself. Leaves me
wondering what the purpose is of specifying a ³Workgroup Templates² folder,
but my problem is solved.

OK Ken - if you liked that you'll love this - or HATE it;-) I just needed an
opportunity to test because it isn't something I've done in quite some time.
What *should* happen is that any templates stored in the designated
Workgroup Templates location will be available from the PG in the Blank
Documents group. [Betcha were looking in My Templates or for a separate
listing to show up in the Groups list, huh? That's what I'd have focused
on.] If you upgrade to 2008 they show up in My Templates instead.

Thanks again, Bob. My secretary's gonna love this - every time she used to
modify a template, she'd have to distribute the new version to the template
folders on several different computers. Now we can all share 'em from one
place. (her life is getting easier by the day - she doesn't even have to use
carbon paper and whiteout fluid any more) :-)
