"Insert -> Picture -> From File" fails, but dragging and dropping     same file works!

This is an odd one. Attempting to insert an image using the "Insert ->
Picture -> From File" menu option *always* fails for me ("This
application cannot open this file...").

However, all is not lost because dragging and dropping the same image
file from Finder into the document works fine... !?!?!?

Hi Michael -

You've encountered a known glitch for which there is a simple workaround
until we get a fix:-) When you Insert an image make sure the Styles section
of the Formatting Palette is not expanded at the time, switch to a different
Palette in the Toolbox or turn the Toolbox off altogether before Inserting.

There's a conflict between the Styles section & the Quick Styles & Effects
section that's trying to replace it as the Toolbox updates.
