I'm trying to print envelopes from Word, one at a time.
This used to work before yesterday...not sure what changed.
When we go to Tools, Envelopes and put in the address and hit print, it used
to print from the manual tray. Now it's printing from that tray but the
envelope goes through and comes out blank. Under options it's set to feed
from "envelopes - manual feed." If I change it to a different feed method,
it prints from the regular paper tray (which I don't want it to do) but it
will print the wording if it prints from that tray as opposed to the manual
tray. I'm stuck!
Sorry, Dana, but you're most likely barking up the wrong tree:-) Word simply
calls the printing service from the Mac OS & hands off the data to be
printed. It's up to the OS, printer driver & printer to do the rest. I'd
suggest you contact support for your printer & in the meanwhile try to think
of what else may have changed as well - software/OS update, installation of
any new stuff, etc.
They'll also need the information you left out here: What version of Office,
what version of OS X, what version of printer driver, what model printer and
any other details you can furnish.
You may also find some information on the Apple Discussions site if you go
to the area for your OS & select the Printing or Printing & Faxing section
