I am using Word 2008 and have reverse print order set in the preferences. Yet the document does not print in reverse order like it did in Word 2004. Is there something else I should be setting? Two possibilities I can think of right off: One is that your printer driver may need to be updated. The other is that there may be *2* separate "Reverse" settings - the one in Word's Print Preferences, the as well as one in the Paper Handling Settings (wording may vary depending on printer) of the Print dialog. If *both* are set to Reverse they essentially offset each other. That would be correct action. If you want set so you can change whether reverse order print or not turn off in both then change it as needed when you go to print menu. personally I like reverse order printing if your doing multiple copies of document then you don't have to sort an collate them after they are printed.
