Mac Forum / Applications / Word / May 2008The spinning wait cursor when I try and print
Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Power PC Anytime I try and print anything, be it a pdf, word doc, excel doc, anything I get the "spinning wheel of death" Am i doing something wrong? HELP? If it happens regardless of file or program it must be an OS and/or printer driver issue - they're what handle print services anyway. Try repairing disk permissions first & restart your Mac. If that doesn't put things right reinstall your printer software - you might want to check the mfr's web site to see if there is a new driver available. If that doesn't help we'll need to know more about your OS version, Office version & any other details you can provide, such as; One particular file or any file? Problems printing from other programs? Can you print to PDF?
