can i alphabetize my lists?

You can, but the option is extremely well hidden. Select your list items,
then click on Table>Sort, configure the sorting order and hit OK.

Hello, I tried what Mr. Bintener said to do but I only got some movement among my list of about 250 individual keywords, no alphabetization of that grouping. I want all the words alphabetical in a paragraph format. I am using Office 2006 from November 24th. Can you help me? This is a process I need to use many times.

Thanks,

John

In that case, you will have to be more specific: what do you mean by "only
(...) some movement"? What did *not* work? Is your list in the following
format:

Item 1¶
Item 2¶
Item 3¶

meaning that the items are separated by paragraphs?
