Help Please
I am trying to create a form for a school evaluation. When we enter m or f in the gender drop down data space, we want the program to enter he or she based on the m or f answer in the body of the form/report. How do we do that? We also want the name inserted in proper places from the text form field, all of the data is on one document. Any hints on whether to look in merge, macros or whatever would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you

You want a "ComboBox". It's on the Forms toolbar. Look up Forms in the
Help.
