Calendar Template

In using the Microsoft calendar template, which is basically a table, I have
inserted text and pictures in certain days (cells) for holidays, birthdays,
etc.

I'm working with Leopard OS and Word 2004, version 11.3.8

All work is done in Layout View and the insertions of text and pictures are
placed inside the cell lines.  In Layout view and Preview, everything is
just fine.  However, when the document prints out, the pictures and text
boxes have moved up about 1/4" and are completely out of place.

How can I prevent this printing creep?

Secondly, I insert a lot of pictures in other Word documents as well.and
every picture or clip art is insterted in the default "In line with text"
layout wrapping style.  This is a nusance, because I almost always need to
change  the layout wrapping style.  This cause many steps to make this
change on picture after picture.  If the default could be changed to some
other layout wrapping style, it would be a big help.  How can I change the
layout wrapping style default in my Mac Word software?

Hi Bill:

I can't guarantee it, but I think you will find that if you "float" the
table, then use the graphics cursor on the Draw toolbar to Group all of the
objects, they will all retain the same relationship to each other.

No, Mac Word 2004 does not have the option to change the picture pasting
default.  That will come in Word 2008.

Cheers
