I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I have created a form,
password protected it and now the end user has the SPELLCHECK feature grayed
out and unavailable. Is there a work-around?

Hi Pete:

Yes, there are two work-arounds.

One is to encase the part you need protected in section breaks, then protect
ONLY the section you need protected.  The spell checker will work normally
in the unprotected sections.  The Help explains how.

The other requires some VBA.  It is explained here:
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/MacrosVBA/SpellcheckProtectDoc.htm

Cheers
