Hi,
I am in a panic. I am trying to print the outter envelope for my
wedding invitations and everything is coming out blank.
I am using an A7 envelope (7.25 x 5.25). When I select the envelope I
created a custom envelope that size (similar to how I did for smaller
envelopes when I mailed save the date cards).
When we printed the reply envelopes we also had trouble until I
realized that the box to rotate was checked.
I have tried putting blank paper through to see where it thinks its
printing (how I solves the previous problem) and it also comes out
blank. What is so baffling is that the print preview shows exactly
what I want to print!
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Almost all of these messes are down to a badly implemented printer
driver.
Check your printer's mummy's website for her latest driver, download
it, install it and try again.
If that fails, post back with full details of printer and driver
version. It won't be me, but somebody might know the magic spell for
your particular printer. (Well I bet you don't have a DecLaser LN17ps
with envelope attachment do you - then I could help.)

What happens if you go into the Print dialog, click the Preview button then
print from there?

Guessing at a third approach--in Word | Preferences | Print, make sure
"Drawing Objects" is CHECKED. If you used Tools | Envelopes, it creates
a text box which will not print if that box is not checked. However, in
that case, Print Preview should also be blank, I think, but I could be
wrong. So check it anyhow. :)
