Mac Forum / Applications / Word / August 2007Naming Bookmarks Character Length
Does Word 2007 have a 40 character limit to the names of bookmarks (as Word 2003 has) or is Word 2007 limitless with respect to number of characters for bookmark names? Not sure why you would expect to find the answer in the Mac Word group, but it is Yes - the 40 character limit still applies in 2007... And no spaces, punctuation or special characters.
