Office X not opening at all

Office X was working perfectly for a couple of months since I bought
my macbook. Suddenly I can't open any of the applications. I've
tried reinstalling it but that doesn't seem to help. I can't even
open the 1019 UpdateE.

Somebody please help!

Was "suddenly" right after you installed Apple's Quicktime 7.2 update
via Software Update?
If yes:-
Do you know how to Google the group?
Or you could try Apple's Knowledge base article 306043
