Hello I have a macbook pro and Ms word  X version. Lately I cannot
open new word documents sent to me or if I download them and I cannot
save new word documents as it keeps crashing, and I have to force
quit. Could you please suggest to me what I do, as this is really
frustrating?
Thanks it would be much appreciated

If this occurred after you updated your Quicktime to 7.2, Google the
group for one of the many threads where others had similar problems,
where the solution is described and an Apple knowledge base article
306043 is recommended reading.

If they don't apply to you, post back with more detail. Clearly Word is
not really crashing, since you say you have to force quit it. Try to
describe what is really happening. Give version numbers of Word and OS
X. Are any Word docs opening and save-able?
