Mac Forum / Applications / Word / June 2007Comments, vs Final Showing Markup
I love Comments; I loath Final Showing Markup. Or, "how do I keep my love with Final Showing Markup intruding?" This is not an issue with tracking as such. I Accept All Changes, close, open, and still find it open showing Comments, so to print I must manually change from FSM. When one has a batch of files this is rather loathsome. Is there any workaround in Word2007 to only open FSM on request, rather than by default?  SignatureStill round the corner there may wait, a new door, or a secret gate... I suspect that may apply to your question. Although there are several people here who are experts in both Mac and PC, and they may come by soon, you're likely to get more comprehensive results in a discussion group for PC Word.
